Out the gate, CONGRATULATIONS are in order for the Houston Dynamo, and their victory over the New England Revolution to become the 2006 Major League Soccer champions!!! Not bad for a franchise only 1 year deep in the game, huh. Onto the musical front, I'd be doin the world an injustice if i hadn't mentioned how incredibly dope the new Z-Ro full length "I'm Still Livin'" is! The Mo City Don (representa) now has over 10 albums under his belt (not to mention about 3 dozen mixtapes). So if you're still not familiar, now's a better time than ever. His game, overall, steadily continues to elevate. Now if we could just get him to actually witness the release of 1 cd, without simultaneously being in prison... An ironic tidbit for ya: Houston icon Scarface is being sued by the "jeweler to the stars," Jacob "the Jeweler" Arabo. Apparently being in a little squeeze himself, Arabo claims Face stiffed him out of $37,000 four years back. It's kinda sad when you look at it: on the other side of the world, we're pretty much robbed of our own natural resources via maiming and murder; meanwhile here in the states, these same robbed minerals are flipped and sold back to us...So that we can rob them from each other (or in this case be claimed as stolen property from the guy that robs regularly...Who just so happens to be caught in a little jammy jam at times present). Put it all in perspective, and do the knowledge.
